Mass.gov - Product Management Group

I am currently a Project Analyst on the Mass.gov team. I am responsible for managing projects that involve the tool set used to update and deliver content. I work for the Mass.gov Product Manager and have no direct reports, however, I am responsible for two developers, making sure they stay on point, and deliver on time.

I have been with Mass.gov since May 2007. Since my arrival I have managed two major software upgrades to TeamSite, which is the Interwoven product used to create content by State employees. I have also managed the deployment of several CMA enhancements, which is the product used to create the navigation and flow of Mass.gov.

Working closely with the Information Architecture team at Mass.gov, I have been involved with training on the tool-set and portalizations. I create web content and update documentation.
