Performance Management

My role in the development and deployment of the Performance Management System was as Project Manager, Development Manager and Communications Lead. I was involved in the very beginning of the process with the HR team. I managed the entire development project, which included 2 staff that reported to me, as well as managing the training and documentation teams.

From Resume: Developed a Performance Management System in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.  Aligned employees with management competency profiles to develop skills and determine bonuses.  Selected by the New York Times as the model for their Performance Management System.
